A neurilemmoma usually presents as a solitary subcutaneous tumor adherent to a peripheral nerve. Multiple localized neurilemmomas may occur as an isolated cutaneous finding or as part of the syndrome of neurilemmomatosis. We report a case of multiple neurilemmomas appearing on an extremity after trauma. The multiplicity and localization of the tumors are rare and illustrate that neurilemmomas are not invariably solitary tumors and that their distribution can be regional. Presentation of a new case of synchronic concurrence of renal adenocarcinoma and papillar carcinoma of renal pelvis on the same kidney. The origin of this double malignant renal tumour remains unknown, although several hypothesis have been raised. We believe that coexistence of both tumours is more than casual and we would underscore the morphogenetic interpretation of such coincidence.

Xeroderma pigmentosum is associated with severe actinic degeneration of the skin. Our patient with xeroderma pigmentosum showed increasing actinic damage in some areas covered by clothes. A case of xeroderma pigmentosum with multiple skin tumors on the face that was treated with total excision and replacement of face skin except the eyelids with a monoblock full-thickness abdominal skin graft is reported. The quality and tumor-free features of the monoblock full-thickness skin graft in xeroderma pigmentosum are indicated. Despite the increased morbidity of the donor region, the radical surgical approach advocated here has improved the prognosis in the case reported.

We present a case of bilateral synchronous renal cell carcinoma treated with surgical enucleation. Urological consultation was asked to evaluate masses of the kidneys, which were detected during a diagnostic imaging on a 58-year-old man with hepatic disorder. Three patients with inverted papilloma of the ureter are described. A range of histological features was seen, including one showing malignant change. This condition, which is probably more common than previously thought, can be successfully treated by conservative surgery and close follow-up.

Only 5 cases of inverted papilloma of the ureter with a malignant component have been reported previously. We add case 6 to the literature. The incidence of concomitant malignancy in ureteral inverted papillomas is 3 times that found in similar lesions occurring in the bladder.

The sonograms of five patients with a diagnosis of infantile hepatic hemangioma were retrospectively reviewed to analyze their sonographic and Doppler characteristics. Three patients had single lesions, whereas two had multifocal involvement. All lesions except one were hypoechoic, well-circumscribed, and solid; the exception was hyperechoic. We would present a fifteen years old girl's case, which after two years from the beginning of his symptoms; a pigmented meningioma was removed at the cervical level of the spinal cord. It showed morphologically and clinically like the named by Limas "meningeal melanocytoma". Four years after the operation, the girl developed a malignant melanoma with invasion of the posterior mediastinum. We conclude that we ought to consider the meningeal melanocytoma as a borderline tumour, similar in the other way to the cellular blue naevus and the spindle A melanoma of the uveal tract.
