INTRODUCTION: Congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis (CNPAS) is a rare cause of neonatal upper airway obstruction. This study is to review the presentation and management of this uncommon condition in a tertiary paediatric ENT centre in Scotland, United Kingdom.
