MATERIAL AND METHODS: The study included 166 patients aged from 15-51 years. There were 118 women and 48 men. Isolated palmar hyperhidrosis was observed in 46 patients, axillary - 46 patients, palmar-axillary - 74 cases. Video-assisted thoracic bilateral sympathectomy was performed.
