Procetofen, a new hypolipidemic drug with a powerful cholesterol and triglyceride lowering activity, was administered to hypertriglyceridemic patients, in an effort to determine the major lipoprotein and apoprotein changes, thus providing an insight of the drug's mechanism of action.
