A stathmokinetic technique which has estimable precision has been used to estimate mitotic rates in the crypts of Lieberkühn in the descending colon of normal, and of dimethylhydrazine (DMH)-treated rats, as well as in DMH-induced adenocarcinomata. OBJECTIVE: This article conducts a systematic review of eltrombopag combined with immunosuppressive therapy for the treatment of aplastic anemia (AA), to demonstrate the effectiveness and safety of eltrombopag.
METHODS: PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, OVID, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and Wanfang databases were searched. Studies that met the inclusion criteria were collected, ranging from the establishment of the database to August 2023. Two reviewers performed meta-analyses using the Cochrane systematic review method and RevMan 5.3 software.

Selinexor is a first-in-class, oral therapy that selectively inhibits nuclear export. The drug is active with an overall response rate (ORR) of approximately 30% in relapsed/refractory (r/r) non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Long-term patient follow-up has not been reported. Thirty-one NHL patients were treated between July 2012 and July 2018; 22 were evaluated for response. ORR was 32% (7/22). BACKGROUND: Immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is an autoimmune disease, with accelerated destruction of platelets, estimated to affect 1.6-3.9 in 100,000 adults every year in the European Union. Glucocorticoids and intravenous immunoglobulins are common drug therapies. In refractory cases, drugs that enhance thrombopoiesis may be used. Eltrombopag is a thrombopoietin receptor agonist, known to increase platelet count in patients with refractory ITP. Thrombotic adverse events have been described in association with Eltrombopag administration.
