The proposed Enhanced Games have become a convenient stage for bioethical sermonising about risk, authenticity, and the "spirit of sport". BACKGROUND: Opioid overdoses are a pervasive public health crisis. Overdose education and naloxone distribution (OEND), and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) are evidence-based practices (EBPs) that can reduce opioid-related deaths. The HEALing Communities Study (HCS) worked with coalitions of community partner organizations during the Communities That HEAL (CTH) intervention to increase OEND and MOUD access. This study examined moral injury (MI) among women survivors (N = 142) of intimate partner sexual violence (IPSV). IPSV was significantly associated with shame-related moral injury, trust-violation-related moral injury, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Results revealed significant indirect effects of IPSV on PTSD via shame-related moral injury and trust-violation-related moral injury. BACKGROUND AND AIMS: The Moral Incongruence Model of Pornography Use proposes that pornography-use-related problems may be present due to problematic pornography use (PPU) and/or moral disapproval (MD) of pornography use. Despite some supporting empirical evidence, no study has tested the presence of different pornography-use profiles based on individuals' behavioral dysregulation (i.e., PPU) and moral values concerning pornography use. The generalizability of previous findings to diverse populations has also been limited given the scarcity of studies conducted outside of Western countries.
