A 86-year-old woman presented with asymptomatic gross hematuria,and visited our hospital, and a vesicorectal fistula was suspected from a computed tomographic (CT) scan. She had a lower abdominal mass and urinary retention on arrival. Pclvic CT demonstrated intramural gas in the urinary bladder,which suggested a diagnosis of emphysematous cystitis. Anterior urethral valves are a rare congenital anomaly which can occur singly or in combination with a proximal urethral diverticulum. A retrograde urethrogram and voiding cystourethrogram can easily make the diagnosis unless the valve is located with the glandular urethra. Cystoscopic examination of the urethra can overlook anterior urethral valves, but by altering the flow of the irrigant, the cystoscope can be used to make these valves very apparent.

Appendicovesical fistula is a rare type of enterovesical and a very rare complication of acute appendicitis. Herein, we report a case of a 22-year-old man who presented with cloudy urine and pneumaturia with a prior history of acute appendicitis. Imaging techniques including ultrasonography, CT and cystoscopy were performed to diagnose the abnormality. Diagnosis of this fistula is challenging and relies on detailed history and radiological imaging.

Our observations of 14 women with vesico-uterine fistulas as a result of caesarean section complications were presented. The patients were treated between 1965-1999 in urology clinic in Lublin. The case were diagnosed on the basis of medical history, radiological investigations and cystoscopy. In 3 cases hysterectomy was performed, in the rest of cases uterus was preserved and after the first operation complete recovery was observed.

A case of an infectious urachal cyst that presented as a lower abdominal mass in a 44-year-old man is reported. There was no urinary tract infection. Cystoscopy revealed the dome retracted. All other investigations were normal without microscopic hematuria. Laparotomy revealed the mass attached to the small intestine because of infection.
