AIM: This paper reports a study to define a nurse-led clinic by exploring the domains of structure, process and outcome.
BACKGROUND: Nurse clinics have been introduced as a measure to support intermediate care after the acute phase of disease. Previous studies have been mainly descriptive, or have only addressed a particular aspect of clinic service.

Radiology reports often contain follow-up imaging recommendations. Failure to comply with these recommendations in a timely manner can lead to delayed treatment, poor patient outcomes, complications, unnecessary testing, lost revenue, and legal liability. OBJECTIVE: To describe medical malpractice trends in patients with cleft and/or craniofacial abnormalities.
METHODS AND MATERIALS: A modified Delphi approach was used to gather search terms. Search settings included "all jury verdicts and settlements", with jurisdiction of "all states" and "all federal courts" (by court and circuit). A retrospective review of WestLawNext legal database was conducted. Cases were excluded if they did not have a direct association from the patient's craniofacial anomaly or if they were not related to malpractice.
RESULTS: Forty-two cases met inclusion criteria.

OBJECTIVES: To characterize involvement of trainees in malpractice lawsuits related to ob/gyn.
METHODS: The legal database Westlaw was utilized to collect ob/gyn-related malpractice lawsuits involving trainees reported from 1986 to 2020 in the USA.

This study examined the utilization and interpretation of office x-rays in community practice.
