Chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) is a progressive and often fatal haematopoietic neoplasm. We report on our experience in 69 men with organic and psychogenic etiologies using intracorporeal injection with a mixture of papaverine hydrochloride and phentolamine mesylate.
