INTRODUCTION: Temporal bone osteomyelitis is more commonly seen in immunocompromised patients and is very rare in non-immunocompromised individuals. Mucormycosis is a fulminating fungal infection caused by Mucor which is a saprophytic fungus commonly seen in diabetic patients.
