Only three cases of lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the endometrium have been reported to date. We present a new case in a 67-year-old woman involving an exophytic mass that caused postmenopausal bleeding. Histologically, undifferentiated carcinomatous areas were intermingled with abundant lymphoid tissue. Epstein-Barr virus was not detected in either neoplastic or lymphoid cells.

We report a case of combined intrauterine and tubal pregnancy in a 35-year-old para 4(+2), 4 alive. The patient presented at our gynecological emergency unit with three weeks' history of lower abdominal pain. BACKGROUND: While tubal pregnancies are common, only approximately 30 tubal hydatidiform moles have been reported. Most have been treated with salpingectomy. This case entails a tubal hydatidiform mole treated with salpingotomy without complications, persistence or recurrence.
CASE: A 25-year-old woman with an ampullary tubal pregnancy at 8 weeks' gestation underwent a laparoscopic salpingotomy. Preoperative human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) was 6,909 mIU/mL. Pathology confirmed a partial hydatidiform mole. Three weeks postoperatively the hCG was 6 mIU/mL.

We report on two laparoscopically sterilised patients who presented with increasing lower abdominal pain and sonographically proven adnexal masses.
