CONTEXT.—: There is scant literature describing verrucous squamous hyperplasia of the urinary bladder.
OBJECTIVE.—: To investigate the possible association between verrucous squamous hyperplasia and carcinoma.
DESIGN.—: The case files of the senior author were searched for cases of verrucous squamous hyperplasia diagnosed between August 2010 and February 2021. Urinary bladder fistula formation is a complication of significant morbidity and mortality following pelvic surgery or radiotherapy. Surgical treatment is the definitive management, but it may be contraindicated in patients with significant comorbidities. Mumio (Shilajit) is a traditional medicinal drug known and used for hundreds of years. Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancer types and better treatments are needed. Various conditions such as inflammation, malignancy, surgical manipulations, and radiation therapy can lead to the development of urinary bladder fistulae. Although many of these fistulae are suspected clinically, imaging plays a major role in confirmation and planning of subsequent treatment. Computed tomography (CT) cystoscopy provides useful details regarding the fistulous track and the anatomy of the region. This article aims to provide a succinct review of bladder fistulae and the role of CT cystography in their management.

Many pheochromocytoma and extra-adrenal paraganglioma are benign, but some are malignant. Pheochromocytoma of the Adrenal gland Scaled Score analyzed the histological characteristics of the tumor. Tumors with a Pheochromocytoma of the Adrenal gland Scaled Score of 4 or higher have a higher risk of recurrence. This pattern is thought to be applicable to paraganglioma as well, and to future patient follow-up efforts. We report a recurrent and metastatic paraganglioma of the urinary bladder.

A 69-year-old male complained of gross hematuria. Cystoscopy revealed a papillary pedunculated tumor. PURPOSE OF REVIEW: There are an estimated 33 million men and women with overactive bladder (OAB) in the USA. Despite the prevalence of OAB, it remains a frequently misdiagnosed condition.
