An important percentage of vulvar and vaginal cancers may be attributed to infections by the human papillomavirus. Although the incidence of invasive vulvar and vaginal cancers is low, it has remained stable over the past years. A 66-year-old woman was referred to our hospital because of lochiorrhea. Uterus MRI and ultrasonography showed hydrometra. Endometrium biopsy revealed epithelioid cell granuloma, and vaginal discharge and endometrium culture was positive for M. tuberculosis. She was diagnosed as endometrial tuberculosis. After treatment with INH, RFP, and EB for 9 months, she recovered.

A case of intrauterine retention of fetal bone diagnosed 8 years after termination of a pregnancy is presented. The patient had a history of hypermenorrhea infertility, and persistent vaginal discharge beginning after the abortion. Transvaginal sonography demonstrated an intrauterine foreign body. Curettage was performed, and fetal bone fragments were found within the removed materials.

BACKGROUND: The purpose of the study was to analyze the incidence, causes, and management of vesicovaginal fistula (VVF) in adolescent girls.
CASES: Three girls of adolescent age were diagnosed with VVF, caused by a vaginal foreign body (ie, an aerosol spray cap). Transvesical reconstruction was performed in 2 cases. After the diagnosis of VVF, the third girl was discharged home with Foley catheter drainage. Three months later, she presented with pregnancy and was lost to follow-up.

We report a rare case of uro-genital malformation in 18 years old girl. The malformation associate total septus uteri, hemivagina atretica dextra and homolateral dysplastic kidney. Dysmenorrhea, purulent discharges from cervix and vaginal tumor evocated the diagnosis, which was confirmed by ultrasonography, hysteroscopy and coelioscopy. Therapeutic attitude was total resection of vaginal septus and right nephrectomy. At today, seven cases were published in international literature. In all cases, renal aplasia was reported. Embryologic acknowlegements can't explain this malformation.

Anovaginal fistulae (AVF) are frequently seen in patients with inflammatory bowel disease, especially in Crohn disease with active colonic inflammation. Herein, we report a 21-year-old woman with Crohn disease suffering from vaginal discharge and anal pain. Although clinical presentation was very suggestive of AVF, physical examination and colonoscopy were inconclusive. We used an alternative technique and performed magnetic resonance fistulography by applying rectal contrast for the demonstration of AVF.
