Extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma is a rare and aggressive extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphoma. These evidence-based recommendations for natural killer/T-cell lymphoma by the American Radium Society were developed by a multidisciplinary panel of medical and radiation oncologists to propose treatment approaches. This guideline was based on a literature review with a consensus methodology to rate the appropriateness of treatment recommendations for each natural killer/T-cell lymphoma clinical presentation. Six variants highlight the recommended treatment strategies.

UNLABELLED: Rhabdomyosarcomas are the most common soft tissue sarcomas in childhood. The botryoid variant arises in infancy from the vagina or urinary bladder and extremely rarely from the uterine cervix. BACKGROUND: Drug-induced panniculitis are uncommon. We report the second case of panniculitis induced by MINE chemotherapy.
CASE REPORT: A 31-year-old woman with relapsed Hodgkin disease was treated with MINE cytostatic regimen. Multiple erythematous and painful nodules of panniculitis developed on her chest, abdomen and thighs fifteen days after the beginning of drug administration with a second flare up after second administration of the same drugs. The eruption cleared slowly after treatment withdrawal.

BACKGROUND: Malignant neoplastic disorders are more common in patients with Gaucher disease (GD) than in the general population. Very few cases of primary malignant bone tumors in association with GD have been reported to date. Thus, the recommendations for an adequate therapy are often based on limited professional experience. To their knowledge, the authors report the first case of a leiomyosarcoma of the bone in a patient with GD and report another patient with GD and an anaplastic large cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma with localized osseous manifestation. Isophosphamide was administered to 27 patients with acute leukemia and to 15 patients with malignant lymphoma refractory to primary therapy. The starting dose of isophosphamide was 1200 mg/m2 administered as a daily continuous infusion x 5 days; the courses of treatment were repeated every 2-3 weeks.
