METHODS: Fifteen ASA grade I or II patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy with low-pressure CO2 pneumoperitoneum under spinal anesthesia. Patients with a perforation of the gastrointestinal tract need fast confirmation of diagnosis and early treatment to improve outcome.
