Fabry disease is an X-linked recessive lysosomal storage disorder caused by α-galactosidase A deficiency. Although the disease presents in childhood, diagnosis is often delayed to adulthood or missed, presumably due to the lack of specificity of the symptoms and to the absence of major complication during the paediatric years. A metastatic penile tumor of malignant melanoma is very rare. The patient had priapism caused by metastatic penile tumor and the primary cancer was in the end stage. However, in this case, we could relieve the dysuria and pain by percutaneous cystostomy and partial penectomy. The corpus spongiosumcorpus cavernosum shunt could not relieve the priapism and might have accelerated the metastasis.

Metastatic penile carcinoma is rare and usually originates from genitourinary tumors. The presenting symptoms or signs have been described as nonspecific except for priapism. Rectal adenocarcinoma is a very unusual source of metastatic penile carcinoma. We report a case of metastatic penile carcinoma that originated from the rectum. Symptomatic improvement occurred with palliative radiotherapy.

Metastasic priapism is a rare entity produced by tumor cell implantation or direct infiltration of corpora cavernousum of the penis. In up to 80% of cases the primary tumor has an urological origen like prostate or bladder cancers. Treatment depends on syntomatology and patient's prognosis. Generally, average survival in these patients is poor due to metastasic progression, among 1 to 1 and a half years. We present a case report of secondary priapism for direct invasion of the corpora cavernousum of the penis for bladder carcinoma.

OBJECTIVE: To improve the diagnosis and treatment of priapism.
METHODS: We analyzed the types, causes, treatment and prognosis of 15 cases of priapism. The patients ranged in age from 20 to 66 (mean 46) years, their erection lasting 10-172 (mean 28.4) hours. Among them, 6 cases resulted from in taking vaso-active agents, 1 had transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder metastasized to the penis, 2 had leukemia, 3 had a traumatic history and the other 3 had unknown causes.

OBJECTIVE: To improve the clinician's ability for emergency treatment of priapism.
METHODS: Both cases received 2 mg to 8 mg of metaraminol injection at the root of cavernous body, and perfusion of heparinized saline at glans and root of cavernous body of the penis by contrecoup, but they had not good response to the above therapy. At last surgery was performed.

CASE SUMMARY: A 17-year-old male receiving propofol for induction of anesthesia during a cardiac ablation procedure developed priapism that required medical intervention and discontinuation of propofol. OBJECTIVES: To report the case of a 7-year-old patient with high flow priapism solved with conservative treatment.
METHODS: We performed history and physical examination, complementary tests including general blood tests (serum ions, hemogram and coagulation tests), peripheral blood smear, Doppler ultrasound and selective arteriography which led to the diagnosis of high flow priapism. Due to the absence of arteriovenous fistula conservative treatment was chosen.

Tricorporal priapism refers to priapism involving the corpora cavernosa and spongiosum. It is exceedingly rare and, depending on the etiology, may be difficult or impossible to treat. We report a case of 50-year-old man with high flow priapism after blunt perineal trauma. Patient evaluation included intracavernal blood-gasometry, cavernography, color flow Doppler sonography, and internal pudendal arteriography. We report a case of severe priapism occurring in a patient with unstable hemoglobin, hemoglobin Köln, and underline several factors that may have contributed to this complication: abnormal plasticity of red cells, splenectomy, and cytomegalovirus infection.
