BACKGROUND: Lipomatous tumors of the vulva are exceedingly rare, particularly in adolescents. We describe the work-up and management of an adolescent girl who presented with a large, well-vascularized vulvar mass.
CASE: A 14-year-old girl presented with a large vulvar mass of unclear etiology. RATIONALE: Aggressive angiomyxoma (AAM) is a rare and benign invasive mesenchymal stromal tumor predominantly in women at reproductive age. AAM tends to relapse locally and should be differentially diagnosed from other mesenchymal tumors.

The incidence of neoplasia of vulva round 1-2 per 100,000 women with predominance in ranges age of diagnosis between 65-75years. This type of cancer pathology is tackled with surgical techniques summarized in simple vulvectomy or vulvectomy with unilateral or bilateral lymphadenectomy according to staging of cutaneous involvement. The morbidity of this surgical process is mainly grouped in skin moisture, dehiscence and infection. The use of Nobecutan® as a plastic dressing aerosol barrier reduces cutaneous surgical comorbidity.

Malignant fibrous histiocytoma (MFH) of the vulva is extremely rare; to date, there have been nine case reports. Almost all of these cases involved middle-aged women. We encountered a 21-year-old woman with a 4.5 × 2.6 cm superficial, localized, exophytic tumor of the right vulva. Microscopic findings on punch biopsy of the tumor initially suggested a vulvar sarcoma. The patient underwent wide local excision of the vulva. BACKGROUND: Vulvar lymphangioma circumscriptum (LC) is a developmental defect of lymphatics in deep dermal and subcutaneous layers. The entity may be acquired that induced by surgical intervention and radiation therapy for malignancy or congenital. Lymphangiomas of the vulva are rare. BACKGROUND: Myxoid leiomyosarcoma (MLMS) of the vulva is a mesenchymal tumor with only five reported cases in the literature.
CASE: We report an 85-year-old woman with a unilateral nonulcerating, painless vulvar mass. According to the patient, the mass slowly enlarged. Initial biopsies were benign. However, clinically, this lesion was suspicious for a soft tissue tumor. Therefore, the mass was removed by a wide local excision. Definitive histology revealed a myxoid leiomyosarcoma of the vulva. At present, 25 months after the operation, the patient is well with no sign of recurrence.

BACKGROUND: The granular cell tumor (GCT) of vulva is a rare female genital tract tumor.
CASE: A 59-year-old female was incidentally noted to have a 1-cm sized lump in her left labium majus that subsequently increased in size to approximately 4 cm.
