Two adult cases of extranodal malignant lymphoma diffusely involving the intestinal wall are reported. Lymphoblastic lymphoma in case 1 (68-year-old male) and small lymphocytic lymphoma in case 2 (48-year-old male) were initially manifested as protein-losing enteropathy or malabsorption syndrome. We investigated the mechanism of polyclonal B cell differentiation in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) using peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from a patient with MCL in leukemic stage presenting polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia. Lymphocyte phenotypes of peripheral blood from 32 SLE patients and 30 normal subjects were studied with 13 kinds of monoclonal antibodies using indirect immunofluorescence technique.
