The Buschke-Loewenstein tumour (BLT) is a sexually transmissible benign tumour of viral origin. It is characterized by a large tumour volume, the possibility of local recurrence and especially its potential for malignant transformation. Hemorrhoids are a common source of anorectal symptoms, which are determined by their size. A helpful measure in small hemorrhoids is a high- … ying methods and advised to avoid caffeine or other dietary items that seem to exacerbate symptoms. Condylomata acuminata cause bleeding and pain if allowed to progress. Biopsy should be considered in patients at risk of dysplasia. Repeated application of caustic topical agents may help small lesions. Large, extensive, and persistent lesions require surgical ablation.

The first patient was a 43-year-old man with complaint of urethral bleeding. Two small papillary lesions were found at the fossa navicularis. They were diagnosed as condyloma acuminata and excised. The second patient was a 26-year-old man with complaint of tumors at the prepuce, glans and fossa navicularis. They were diagnosed as condyloma acuminata. Circumcision, electric fulguration and excision of urethral tumor were performed.

A giant condyloma acuminatum developed on the penis of a one and a half-year-old Japanese boy in two months. The histological features of this tumor were compatible with those of ordinary condyloma acuminatum. Although we detected the presence of human papilloma virus (HPV) type 16 by using the polymerase chain reaction system, we could not rule out the possibility that this HPV was present concurrently with other HPV types that cause condyloma acuminatum. The lesion was successfully treated with cryotherapy and topical application of 5% fluorouracil ointment under occlusion.
