Presacral or retrorectal tumors are rare, usually asymptomatic, and diagnosed accidentally during physical examination or imaging. Symptomatic tumors may present with perianal pain, bowel dysfunction, and urinary symptoms due to the mass compression or invasion of the surrounding tissues and organs.
