Fowler-Stephens Laparoscopic Orchiopexy (FSLO) permits the mobilization of Intra-Abdominal Testis (IAT) to the scrotal position after spermatic vessel ligation. We reported our experience of FSLO for IAT. The charts of all boys who underwent a FSLO were retrospectively reviewed. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate ectopic adrenal cortical tissue (EACT) and identify clinical, pathological and radiological aspects.
STUDY DESIGN: Retrospective review of pathology reports in a single tertiary institution between 2010 and 2020 was conducted. Patients diagnosed with EACT were included for analysis. We report a case of a 1-day-old male newborn with neonatal testicular torsion, in whom an immediate orchiectomy with prophylactic orchidopexy under caudal regional anesthesia was practiced. The aim of this report is to propose early surgical intervention with caudal regional anesthesia as an alternative in order to avoid possible side effects related to general anesthesia and the complications related to a missed asynchronous torsion of the contralateral testis.

From May, 1999 to August, 2006, we performed laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment for 103 cases of impalpable testes. Among those we found 5 cases of male pseudohermaphroditism of different etiologies. Three males presented by impalpable testes with ambiguous genitalia and 2 females presented by primary amenorrhea. CONTEXT: The incidence of undescended testis (UDT) along with hypospadias varies from 6 to 31%. The simultaneous repair of UDT and hypospadias is rarely done. Herein, we present a novel technique to use processes vaginalis as a vascular cover for neourethra in a hypospadias patient with UDT. We have done urethroplasty and orchiopexy simultaneously.
