In this study, the phenotypic and genotypic resistance to fluoroquinolones in Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated in Jiangsu Province, China, was analysed. In vitro susceptibility testing of eight antimicrobial agents, including ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin, against 95 clinical isolates was carried out.
