Eight women (aged 27-43) with reproductive dysfunction who were diagnosed by hysterosalpingogram and hysteroscopy as having a 'T-shaped' uterus were operated on using fiberoptic hysteroscopic guidance; the uterine side walls were incised until a normal uterine cavity was achieved. The women's gynecologic and obstetric records were compared before and after the operation. In all the 8 women the operation was without complications and resulted in a satisfactory uterine cavity. As many as 15 patients have been examinedby hysterosalpingoscintigraphy by administration of albumin macroaggregates labelled with Te99m (HAMA) into posterior vaginal fornix and external orifice of uterine cervix. Gamma camera was used to observe the transportation of molecules through the cervical canal, uterine cavity as well as oviducts to peritoneal cavity. The results were compared with HSG examination and salpingochromotubation. is 93%. Hysterosalpingoscintigraphy allows us to estimate both the anatomical patients after reconstructive operations involving oviducts.

As part of the investigation of a 23-year-old nullipara with a history of tuberous sclerosis requesting inclusion on a donor oocyte programme, a hysterosalpingogram was performed and showed an unusual cavity pattern. The uterus appeared normal at hysteroscopy and laparoscopy. The cause for this unusual cavity pattern remains a matter of conjecture.

In this case report, a patient with a right tubal pregnancy was managed by a new procedure combining retrograde salpingography and local MTX injection. A twin pregnancy occurred shortly after treatment. We conclude that retrograde tubal cannulation may provide an alternative method for the diagnosis and treatment of selected EPs.

Treatment with sinusoidal modulating currents, applied by two various methods, was used in 89 women with tubal sterility. An original method, proposed by the authors, was compared with known and most frequently used up to now method for treatment of chronic salpingo-oophoritis with sinusoidal modulating currents.
