Primary Mediastinal (Thymic) Large B-cell Lymphoma (PMLBL) frequently demonstrates clinical, morphologic and/or immunohistochemical (IHC) features that overlap with mediastinal-classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). Employing Northern blot analysis and the polymerase chain reaction, we investigated PRAD1 gene overexpression in the tumour tissues of 58 patients with B-cell lymphoma. This case report describes an elderly man who presented with mild lower urinary tract symptoms without haematuria. During his workup, an incidental finding of a urachal mass was diagnosed by CT. He underwent robotic partial cystectomy with en bloc urachal excision achieving clear frozen section margins. It is defined as lymphoma confined to the lung with or without hilar lymph node involvement at the time of diagnosis or up to 3 months thereafter.
