BACKGROUND: The ligamentum teres (LT) plays an important role in the general stability of the hip joint. A high prevalence of concomitant LT pathology has been noted in patients undergoing hip arthroscopy. This increased prevalence has led to the development of multiple treatment options, including reconstruction techniques using different types of grafts. The current literature on outcomes of LT reconstruction is limited.
PURPOSE: To evaluate the outcomes of LT reconstruction with tibialis anterior allograft treatment for LT tears with a minimum 2-year follow-up.

Adult Granulosa-Cell Tumor (GCT) is an uncommon ovarian malignancy. The clinical course is characterized by slow growth with late recurrence. A variety of clinical and pathologic parameters have previously been evaluated for prognosis with inconclusive results. The aim of this study was to report a case of a granulosa-cell tumor of the ovary that recurred 25 years after first surgery. The clinical course and histopathology of the case were reviewed and a literature search for other reported cases was performed.

BACKGROUND: The first case of inguinal endometriosis was described by Cullen. Endometriosis in the round ligament could be in the pelvic or inguinal area and is a rare disease occurring in 0.6% of women. Fatty tissue within the internal cremasteric fascia is frequently encountered during hernia surgery, and it is called a cord lipoma in the surgical literature. Between 1997 and 2001, 128 consecutive patients with 139 indirect inguinal hernias, who underwent open repair, were evaluated.
