Osteosarcoma (OS) is an aggressive bone malignancy with poor prognosis, characterized by high metastasis rates. 4-(4-Pyridinyl methylene) curcumin (C1206) is a new derivative of curcumin that is more active than curcumin in inhibition of heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) and antitumor action.
