Metal oxides, such as copper (II) oxide (CuO) and iron (III) oxide (Fe2O3), are dominant active components in fly ash during iron ore sintering. BACKGROUND: The antioxidant activity and chemical properties of fish protein hydrolysates (FPHs) prepared from anchovy sprat (Clupeonella engrauliformis) using endogenous enzymes (autolysis) and commercial proteases were investigated.
