The hair root status was used to evaluate the effect of cyproterone-acetate (CA), given orally, on hair cycle in a clinically homogeneous group of 11 women with idiopathic hirsutism. Augmentation genioplasty can serve as a valuable adjunct to orthodontic treatment.
