A case of adenocarcinoma arising in Meckel's diverticulum in a 58-year-old man is reported. Abdominal computed tomography and ultrasonography showed a solid tumor in the middle of abdomen. Capsule endoscopy (CE) showed tumorous lesion in the distal ileum. Single-balloon enteroscopy (SBE) subsequently showed the tumor in Meckel's diverticulum. NF1 is an autosomal dominant hereditary disease, with a prevalence of at least 1 in 4000-5000 population. A 53-year-old Japanese man presented to the emergency department with epigastric pain and bloating. Computed tomography revealed a thickening of the jejunal wall and proximal dilation.
