Herein, a spherical covalent organic framework COF TAPB-DMTP was facilely synthesized from 2,5-dimethoxyterephthalaldehyde (DMTP) and 1,3,5-tri-(4-aminophenyl)benzene (TAPB) as monomers. Nafamostat is an approved short-acting serine protease inhibitor. However, its administration is also associated with anaphylactic reactions. One mechanism to augment hypersensitivity reactions could be inhibition of diamine oxidase (DAO). PURPOSE: To review recent advances in the diagnosis and management of acanthamoeba keratitis (AK), emphasizing clinically relevant developments from the past 5 years.
METHODS: A scoping review of PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov was conducted for studies published between July 2020 and December 2025 using the terms "acanthamoeba AND (diag* OR test* OR treatment)." Vincristine-induced peripheral neuropathy (VIPN) adversely affects the quality of life and treatment continuity of patients. AIM OF THE STUDY: The objective of this meta-analysis is to evaluate the efficacy of Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (TAPB) in pain control and recovery after open hepatic surgery.
METHODS: We searched for the articles in PubMed, Google Scholar, and the Cochrane Library published before March 2022. We included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing TAPB with a placebo in adult patients after open liver surgery. Meta-analysis was conducted in RevMan 5.4. Methodological quality was assessed via the Jadad/Oxford scale and Cochrane Risk of Bias tool.

A procoagulant metalloproteinase called CCSV-MPase was purified from C. cerastes venom by successive chromatographic methods starting with gel-filtration through Sephadex G-75; ion-exchange DEAE-Cellulose A-50; affinity chromatography on Benzamidine Sepharose 6B and RP-HPLC on a C8 column.
