This case report describes the prosthodontic rehabilitation of a 53-year-old man with failing dentition using a maxillary implant-assisted overdenture (IOD). Following full dental clearance and immediate complete denture provision, a total of six implants were placed in the maxilla with the aid of digital planning using a dual-scan CBCT technique and a 3D-printed surgical guide.
