Uterine leiomyomas are one of the most common reproductive pathologies in born females. The majority of women within reproductive age will develop a leiomyoma, most of which will be asymptomatic. Uterus didelphys is a rare form of congenital anomaly of the Müllerian ducts. The clinical significance of this anomaly of the female reproductive tract is associated with various reproductive issues: increased risk of preterm birth before 37 weeks' gestation, abnormal fetal presentation, delivery by caesarean section, intrauterine fetal growth restriction, low birth weight less than 2500 g, and perinatal mortality. This is a case report of twoo patients how have uterus didelphys with obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis with different clinical manifestations. Progressive abdominal pain after menarche, anuria or obstipation with the existing paravaginal tumor indicates this rare anomaly. Initially, the anomaly remains unrecognized, while patients most frequently refered to surgeons for assistance. The method of choice for diagnosis is clinical examination, ultrasonography and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. Transvaginal excision of the septum is appropriate mode of treatment.

This report describes a case of uterine didelphys, lipomeningocele, meatal stenosis, and inguinal hernia presenting in a single individual. This unusual group of birth defects suggests a common mechanism of malformation in tailbud maturation which involves both the müllerian duct and the distal spinal cord.

Müllerian anomalies are in different degrees complicated by poor fetal outcome. Our young patient had in addition to uterus didelphys a leiomyoma of the nonpregnant part of the double uterus. Though her pregnancy was complicated, it was conserved to 37 weeks, when the baby was delivered by cesarean section. The right uterine body with a leiomyoma weighing 1500 grams was removed at the same time.

Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular parasite recognized as a causal agent of toxoplasmosis; zoonotic disease endemic in many countries worldwide, including Mexico. Different species of animals participate in the wild cycle infection, including opossums of the species Didelphis virginiana. Thirteen D. virginiana were captured in Yucatan, Mexico. Earlier studies have revealed the ability of sera from several mammals to neutralize the toxic effects of snake venom. The Venezuelan opossum (Didelphis marsupialis) is one that has been found to inhibit hemorrhagic and proteolytic activities of venoms from many species of snakes.
