We evaluated the impact of adenomyosis and ovarian endometriosis on ovarian reserve function through transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and anti-mullerian hormone testing. A total of 150 female patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected; 58 cases had adenomyosis (adenomyosis group), 36 had ovarian endometriosis (ovarian endometriosis group), and 56 were healthy (healthy group).
