PURPOSE: Glioblastoma multiform (GBM) is one of the most common brain tumors. Surgery, radiation therapy, hyperthermia, and chemotherapy are the most common treatments for brain tumors such as GBM. Topotecan has demonstrable activity in high-risk MDS and CMMoL.
