Mesenteric adipose tissue (MAT) inflammation is associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and immune cells play pivotal roles in the inflammation of adipose tissue. In this study we compare the binding and immune stimulatory properties of BAT and anti CTLA-4 monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
