Eccrine porocarcinoma (EPC) is a rare skin adnexal malignancy with a high potential for metastases. The most common metastatic sites are the lymph nodes and lungs. CCutaneous metastasis is extremely rare, particularly the zosteriform variant, with fewer than 5 cases reported in the literature. Here, we report a unique case of EPC in a 71-year-old male, clinically presenting with multiple clusters of ulcerated nodules distributing as a zosteriform pattern throughout his upper left limb, along with draining lymphatic metastases and lymphedema.

An in-transit metastasis is one that is located between the primary tumor and the closest lymph node region and results from tumor emboli getting trapped in the lymphatic channels. A 65-year-old male patient who had undergone partial amputation of the penis and bilateral inguinal lymph node resection for squamous cell carcinoma of the penis 4 months earlier developed multiple cutaneous metastatic lesions in the pubic region and scrotum. The case is reported for the uncommon presentation of in-transit metastases.

Renal carcinoma, the third most common urological cancer, induces presence of metastases in 75% of cases. The most affected sites for metastasis are the lungs, the lymphatic system, bones, the liver, adrenal glands and the brain with sometimes a cancer free period of several years prior to evolutionary recurrence of the disease. The aim of this literature review is to report on secondary uncommon renal localizations by underlining their clinical significance, as well as main characteristics, in order to provide guidelines for effective patient diagnosis and therapeutic management.

Isolated scintigraphic sternal lesions are rare. In a retrospective review of the bone scan results of 1,104 patients with breast cancer, 34 individuals (3.1%) presented with this abnormality. Of these foci, 26 (76%) were found to represent metastatic disease. There did not appear to be a relationship with axillary lymph node metastasis, the quadrant involved by primary breast tumor, or selected serum chemistries. These sternal lesions may be associated with regional lymphatic tumor spread rather than hematogenous seeding and therefore could be considered a local recurrence.

BACKGROUND: In breast cancer patients receiving axillary lymph node dissection (ALND), immediate lymphatic reconstruction (ILR) with lymphovenous anastomosis is an emerging technique for reducing the risk of arm lymphedema. However, the oncologic safety of surgically diverting lymphatic ducts directly into venules in a node-positive axilla is still a concern of inadvertently inducing metastasis of remaining cancer cells. This study aimed to assess the oncologic safety of ILR.
METHODS: From January 2020 to January 2022, 95 breast cancer patients received ALND, and 45 of them also received ILR.

AIM: To explore the features and prognostic value of lymph node metastasis in patients with T1-stage colorectal cancer (CRC).
METHODS: In all, 321 cases of T1-stage CRC were selected from 10132 patients with CRC who received surgical therapy in six large-scale hospitals in China and were retrospectively analyzed. In esophageal cancer, sentinel nodes (SNs) are identified as multiple nodes and widely spread from cervical to abdominal areas. In more than 80% of the cases, at least one SN is located in the 2nd or 3rd compartment of regional lymph nodes which have been considered to be "skip metastases".
