In this study, we examined the prevalence of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in 3800 psychiatric outpatients with different principal diagnoses. We retrospectively analyzed the cases of 148 febrile patients whose body temperature (BT) was ≥ 37.5°C at our hospital.
