The excess risk of hypertension in black Americans continues to be a major health concern. Although there is considerable information regarding these disease trends, much of the major underpinnings of the etiology of hypertension remain unclear. The excess mortality in blacks due to heart disease, renal failure, and stroke are clearly directly related to the excess burden of hypertension. Acne vulgaris occurs in people of all ethnicities and races. Although the pathophysiology and treatment options are similar in all skin phototypes, darker-skinned patients have higher incidence rates of two sequelae of acne: postinflammatory hyperpigmentation and keloidal scarring. Photocatalytic ceramic was prepared by coating photocatalytic membrane on ceramic matrix. The photocatalytic behavior of the TiO2 coated ceramic for degradation of oleic acid, ethylene, SO2, NOx and sterilization was studied by using XRD, chromatogram, in-situ IR and spectrophotometer. Tubular disfunction type 2 (Fanconi Syndrome) is observed most often. A 10 year retrospective study of 45 cases of cystic lymphangioma (CL) in children is presented. There were 25 females and 20 males. Age ranged from 6 months to 8 years. Orointestinal mycoses are localized mainly in the oral cavity and in the oesophagus. Candida oesophagitis is not only found in AIDS-patients, also in patients of risk admitted to intensive care units. Upper intestinoscopies were made in 124 patients.
