We present 150 consecutive cases of tubal pregnancy treated by laparoscopic techniques. A three-puncture technique was used. 74 cases were treated conservatively by linear salpingotomy with carbon dioxide laser laparoscopy and 76 cases were treated nonconservatively through the laparoscope by salpingectomy or tubal resection. Primary leiomyosarcoma of the fallopian tube (PLFT) is an extremely rare gynecological malignancy that has only been described in case reports. This report describes a rare case of isolated fallopian tube torsion (IFTT) in a premenarchal 11-year-old girl. The patient presented with subacute abdominal pain, associated with nausea and vomiting. Sonographic findings revealed left tube enlargement with free intraperitoneal fluid. Doppler mapping was not unequivocal. During exploratory laparoscopy, a large pelvic necrotic mass was found to be a twisted left fallopian tube. Three cases of coccidioidomycosis of the female genital tract are reviewed. The diagnosis was made by laparotomy in 2 patients who presented with tender adnexal masses, and by endometrical curettage in a third patient with disseminated coccidioidomycosis.
