Endometriosis-related neoplasms may arise within endometriotic cysts of organs of the female genital tract or other organ systems. Transanal endoscopic microsurgery (TEM) is the method used in cases of benign tumors at the early stages of rectal cancer. The tumor localization in peritonized part of the rectum indicates a limiting level for removal of the neoplasm. TEM was performed on 137 patients. We report a rare case of symptomatic cardiac metastasis from a transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis diagnosed by echocardiography. A 75-year-old patient with a long history of neoplasm since 1999 and coronary artery disease with CABG in 2003, was admitted to our department. He underwent cardiac surgery using cardiopulmonary bypass with tumor excision. Histologically it was the same type of transitional cell neoplasm which was operated seven years before. The so called 'sweat gland carcinoma' is a rare skin malignancy. The differentiation between apocrine and eccrine neoplasms remains difficult. Skin tumors of the axilla are often suspected to be metastasis of other neoplasms in particular breast cancer. A 71-year-old man presented with a morphea-like plaque of the right axilla which in punch biopsy was first suspected as metastasis of primary lobular breast carcinoma. After further clinical and laboratory work up including immunohistochemistry the original diagnosis of a breast cancer had to be changed to solid apocrine carcinoma of the skin.

Head and neck masses represent a common clinical entity in children. In general, these masses are classified as developmental, inflammatory, or neoplastic. BACKGROUND: Microcystic adnexal carcinoma (MAC), or sclerosing sweat duct tumor, is an uncommon, locally aggressive tumor. It typically involves the upper lip or face of middle-aged adults and rarely involves the scalp. Clinical analysis was carried out in 53 cases treated surgically because of primary vertebral column neoplasms in Department of Neurosurgery in Poznań between 1976-1995. Usefulness of gadopentetate dimeglumine in magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of uterine neoplasms was evaluated in 53 patients with endometrial carcinoma and 15 patients with cervical carcinoma.
