We report the case of a 46,XX infant referred at 3 months of age for evaluation of ambiguous genitalia with no palpable gonads. Bladder duplication is a rare anomaly. Less than 100 cases of all types have been described in the literature. When duplication of the bladder occurs, it has previously been described as a mirror image or as a septate bladder. Twenty-three cases of malignant melanoma of the vulva recorded at Roswell Park Memorial Institute over a 36-year period have been reviewed.
