INTRODUCTION: There is a complex interplay between psoriasis and cancer, with therapeutic implications. Patients with psoriasis have an increased risk of developing several types of cancer, and safety concerns have arisen regarding biologic therapies and cancer. Mango stem-end rot is a globally significant postharvest disease that severely threatens the mango industry, primarily caused by Botryosphaeria dothidea. Frozen shoulder (FS) is a common disorder characterized by spontaneous onset of shoulder pain accompanied by progressive loss of range-of-motions. The cause of FS is still unclear, and radical therapy has not been established. UNLABELLED: Patients with severe OCS-dependent asthma can be considered a subgroup of asthma patients with severe disease and great risk of complications, related to chronic OCS use. The introduction of biological drugs has represented a turning point in the therapeutic strategy for severe asthma, offering a valid alternative to OCS. Benralizumab, like other anti-IL-5 agents, has been shown to reduce exacerbations and OCS intake/dosage and improve symptom control and lung function. While these findings have also been confirmed in real-life studies, data on long-term efficacy are still limited.
