We report on a 28-year-old woman who received conservative treatment of endometrial carcinoma by curettage and progestins. After regression of endometrial lesions the patient's infertility was treated by gamete intrafallopian transfer (GIFT). Intact triplet pregnancy was diagnosed 3 weeks later. The patient was delivered of three infants by caesarean section following premature rupture of membranes at 30 weeks of gestation.
