BACKGROUND: Rhabdomyomatous hamartoma is a rare congenital lesion, usually described on the face and neck and infrequently found in the oral cavity. Solitary fibrous tumor is a rare neoplasm which may occur at any site although it is more frequent in the pleura, mediastinum and lung.
