INTRODUCTION AND IMPORTANCE: Hydrocele of the canal of Nuck, a rare developmental anomaly caused by incomplete obliteration of the processus vaginalis, mimics male spermatic cord hydrocele. Its adult presentation remains underrecognized, often misdiagnosed as inguinal hernia or cysts.

This study compares the fracture strength of teeth restored with conventional round fiber post (CP) and bundle post (BP) in two different lengths. A total of 48 mandibular premolars were selected. BACKGROUND: Microsurgical treatment of ophthalmic segment aneurysms often requires anterior clinoidectomy and optic nerve mobilization prior to successful clipping.
OBJECTIVE: We hypothesize that ophthalmic segment aneurysms that are elongated and finger-like grow unconstrained, lateral to the optic nerve. We note that this avoids the need for clinoid resection and optic nerve mobilization.

Advancements in intracochlear diagnostics, as well as prosthetic and regenerative inner ear therapies, rely on a good understanding of cochlear microanatomy. The human cochlea is very small and deeply embedded within the densest skull bone, making nondestructive visualization of its internal microstructures extremely challenging. Current imaging techniques used in clinical practice, such as MRI and CT, fall short in their resolution to visualize important intracochlear landmarks, and histological analysis of the cochlea cannot be performed on living patients without compromising their hearing.

METHODS: The operation was performed using four ports. The cystic duct was identified and divided.
