The avidin-biotin immunoperoxidase method and antisera against highly purified porcine relaxin were utilized to localize relaxin-like immunoreactivity in biopsied specimens from six preovulatory follicles from four women undergoing laparoscopy for oocyte retrieval in an in vitro fertilization program.
