Thirty-three cases of infantile spastic hemiplegia have been treated surgically for wrist deformity in flexion, pronation and ulnar deviation. Microstomia following orofacial and neck burns with subsequent contractures poses a significant challenge to the anesthesiologist as well as the plastic surgeon.
