The large number of vehicles plying in roads is the main cause of traffic jam and air pollution in Hanoi. In this study, the vehicle density and shares of different vehicle types, the traffic flow velocity and roadside air pollutants concentrations were monitored in Chua Boc street, a typical arterial road in the city. INTRODUCTION: Traumatic testicular dislocation is a rare entity. It occurs after a direct blunt scrotal trauma causing the testicle to migrate outside the scrotum, most frequently to the superficial inguinal region.

BACKGROUND: Regrettably motorcyclists frequently suffer related significant injuries. Doctors who manage trauma will encounter victims of motorcycle accidents and many aspects of care are unique to these patients due to the protective and performance enhancing equipment used by motorcyclists. CASE: Massive bone loss around the elbow is a challenging clinical condition. Short periarticular osseous segments present few reconstructive options in the setting of distal humerus bone loss. We report the case of a 20-year-old man who sustained an open, intra-articular distal humerus fracture with a massive metaphyseal defect of 15 cm after a motorcycle accident. He underwent serial irrigation and debridement procedures and intramedullary nailing of the fracture. Patients in traffic accidents are usually presented with pain and bleeding due to fractures or soft tissue injury. On some occasions, more severe complications may be triggered by the trauma. A review of the published English language literature reveals no survival case once the traumatic mediastinal hematoma is ruptured.
