INTRODUCTION: Acquired Corneal Subepithelial Hypertrophy (ACSH) is a rare corneal opacity secondary to ocular surgery or trauma. It is characterized by subepithelial fibrosis, a marked male predominance, and a high risk of misdiagnosis due to non-specific slit-lamp findings.
