Cystitis with a bladder calculus was diagnosed, and an incidental finding of a splenocaval extrahepatic portosystemic shunt with malformation of the left hepatic vein was discovered. Computed tomographic angiography demonstrated the left hepatic vein crossed the diaphragm, coursed along the left side of the caudal vena cava, and drained into the right atrium. Retrocaval ureter is a rare congenital anomaly in which the ureter courses posterior to the inferior vena cava. It may be associated with inferior vena cava and renal anomalies. Solitary fibrous tumour is usually a benign and rare mesenchymal tumour. The first case was reported in patients with pleural involvement. Solitary fibrous tumour of the prostate is exceptional. Herein is reported a case of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma of the prostate in a 54-year-old male. The presenting symptoms were dysuria, hematuria, and systemic thrombotic events. Diagnosis was ascertained through a transurethral resection. The treatment course consisted of transurethral resection, prostatic embolization, chemotherapy with dactinomycin, vincristine, and cyclophosphamide, cystoprostatectomy, rectal excision, and external beam radiation. Vaginal pessaries are commonly used for uterine prolapse. Long forgotten pessaries get incarcerated in the vagina and may erode in the bladder and rectum. We present a unique case of a 60-year-old female patient who presented with dysuria and urge incontinence. In remote areas, bangles are still used as a pessary, which may present with atypical symptoms due to bladder perforation, encrustation, and Vesicovaginal fistula (VVF). VVF with a long curved tract can heal with prolonged catheterization. To our knowledge, this is the first case of glass bangle pessary being reported.

A triad of seminal vesical cyst, ipsilateral renal agenesis and ipsilateral ejaculatory duct obstruction is known as Zinner Syndrome. First described in 1914, only about 200 cases have been reported in literature. Usually it stays undiagnosed until the second to third decade of life due to lack of symptoms or nonspecific symptoms such as lower urinary tract symptoms, dysuria or painful ejaculation. In this report we present the case of a 22-year-old patient with a Zinner syndrome as an incidental finding and underlie a review of literature to show the main clinical and imaging implications.

Tailgut cyst is a rare tumor originating from the embryonic remnant located in the retrorectal space. The diagnosis is usually incidental duse to the absence of symptoms. Primary Leiomyosarcoma of the seminal vesicle is a very rare condition. We report a case of a 74-year-old man with a tumour detected by rectal symptoms with pelvic pain and dysuria at ultrasonography. Leiomyomas of the bladder constitute <0.5% of all bladder tumors, with about 250 cases reported. Most patients present with urinary frequency or obstructive urinary symptoms. We report a case of urinary bladder actinomycosis in childhood. In children abdominal actinomycosis is rare and unlikely involves the urinary tract, so it is often misdiagnosed. We report on a 69 year-old patient with a leiomyoma of the seminal vesicle who presented with dysuria and pollakiuria. The rectal examination revealed a large, hard mass in an area corresponding to the seminal vesicle. The prostate was suspicious of malignancy, but transrectal needle biopsy specimens were negative.
